How do we Test our Certified Bulk Bags?

Ensure every bag mentioned as UN certified can safely store and transport dangerous materials. Each of them should go through every testing procedure, and you can see below every detail of the tests.

  • Vibration Testing

Bags are tested through a conscientious vibration test for almost 1 hour and should not have any leakage or rupture.

  • Drop Testing

In drops testing, bags are dropped from three particular heights on packaging groups. There should not be any content loss.

  • Top Lift Testing

Bags are lofted from the tip and should maintain the integrity of the 6:1 working load for at least 5 minutes. There should not be permanent deformation or any content loss.

  • Stack Testing

A huge load is placed on the bad for almost a day. Load weighs almost 2x the combined permissible mass of bags which might get stacked on the top. There should not be any deterioration or content loss of bags.

  • Topple Testing

The bags are toppled from a specific height based on the packaging group. There must be no loss of contents.

  • Righting Testing

Bags are lifted upright, and there should be no damage.

  • Tear Testing

Bags get punctured with a knife at a 45-degree angle. This test is divided into two parts: maintain a uniform load with the maximum permissible load, and the bag should remain intact for five minutes. In the second part, bags must keep the integrity of a 45-degree cut suspended for almost five minutes. Cuts should not propagate more than 1/4th of their length.
